If you have no heating, no hot water, a fault code or recurring pressure loss, tell us before booking. A boiler repair appointment may be the right starting point. Routine servicing and fault diagnosis are different services.

Inspection and testing
- Check the boiler, accessible flue and relevant ventilation.
- Clean service components as required and check combustion.
- Test relevant controls, safety devices and operation.
A record and clear advice
- Check system pressure where applicable.
- Record the service and explain any findings.
- Discuss and price additional work before you agree.
Replacement parts and repairs are separate. A routine service cannot guarantee that a boiler will never develop a fault.

Our standard annual boiler service is £108 including VAT. Fault diagnosis, parts, repairs and separate cylinder servicing are extra. If you prefer monthly payments, our Boiler Service plan costs £9 a month: £108 over 12 payments for one annual service. Compare the service options.
How often should I service my boiler?
Follow the manufacturer’s service schedule, usually annually. Check your warranty terms and keep the service record.
How long does a routine visit take?
Usually around 45 minutes to an hour. The appliance, condition and access can affect the time needed; tell us about any known issues when booking.
Does a service keep my warranty valid?
Many warranties require annual servicing to the manufacturer’s instructions. Keep your record and check your own terms: servicing alone does not guarantee acceptance of a future claim.
Is cylinder servicing included?
No. The advertised price is for a standard boiler service. Tell us about any cylinder or additional system work so we can confirm the separate price.
