Does every cold zone need flushing?
No. Different faults can produce similar symptoms. We assess the installation and discuss the findings before recommending flushing or another course of action.
Is underfloor heating maintenance included in a boiler service?
No. A boiler service covers the boiler’s maintenance checks. Underfloor heating assessment, flushing or repairs are separate work and need their own agreed scope and price.
How much does a visit cost?
The work depends on the system, number of zones, access and symptoms. Send your details so we can confirm the proposed assessment and price. The £108 boiler-service price is not an underfloor heating package.
